The battery's maximum 1100A discharge (5 seconds) makes it suitable for appliances that require high startup current, such as a refrigerator. The 12-volt, 100 Amp-Hour (AH) Deep Cycle Battery features a state-of-the-art, heavy-duty, calcium-alloy grid that provides exceptional performance and service life in both float and cyclic applications.
The battery's rugged ABS container material makes it vibration-resistant and durable, allowing it to power up most common home appliances, including a microwave, CPAP, coffee maker, and laptop, with a consistent and stable discharge. The battery can operate in a temperature range of -4°F (-20°C) to 140°F (60°C), with a best operating temperature of 77°F (25°C) and a maximum discharge current of 1150A (5 seconds).
SLA batteries have a low self-discharge rate of about 40% per year or 3.3% per month, allowing them to be stored without charging for up to 5-6 months when at full capacity. However, it is recommended to top-charge them at least every 2-3 months to prolong their shelf life. Proper storage and maintenance, such as keeping the batteries in a cool, dry place at 75°F (23°C) or less, are essential for ensuring their longevity.
The Weize 12V 100Ah AGM battery is compatible with a variety of applications, including access control systems, home alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, security systems, electric scooters and bikes, electric wheelchairs, ride-on toys, and golf carts. It can be connected in series or parallel, with a maximum of 4 batteries connected in parallel.
